    If you don't have insurance coverage or if we're out of network with your provider, don't worry. We offer self-pay options and flexible payment plans to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to ensure that quality mental health care is accessible to everyone, regardless of insurance status.

  • Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for therapy sessions?

    Absolutely. Both HSA and FSA funds can be used for therapy services. We can provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement.

  • How much does therapy cost?

    The cost of therapy can vary depending on factors such as insurance coverage, session duration, and the clinician you work with. We strive to provide transparent pricing and will discuss fees with you during your initial consultation. Additionally, we offer sliding scale fees for those who qualify based on financial need.

  • Is telehealth covered by insurance, and does it impact the billing process?

    Yes, all insurance providers cover telehealth services.
