Life can feel overwhelming when you’re constantly adapting, giving, or trying to hold everything together. We’ve all been there. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can slow down, understand what you’re feeling, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, authentic way. I work with young adults, new parents, caregivers, and anyone who is experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity changes, and infertility.
In our sessions, I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches. This integrative approach helps us explore both the “why” behind your experiences and the practical tools that support change in daily life. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; together, we’ll find what feels right for you.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about developing insight, compassion, and a stronger relationship with yourself. My hope is that our sessions become a space where you can feel seen, understood, and reminded that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Together, we’ll navigate your next chapter with care and curiosity.
