With over 30 years of clinical experience in the field of mental health, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals , couples, and families on their journey to mental well-being.
For the past 13 years, I've been honored to provide psychotherapy services in my solo practice in the heart of Forest Hills, NY. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the shift to Telehealth opened up new possibilities, allowing me to extend my services virtually across all of New York. It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce the expansion of my journey – Wellness Psychotherapy Services. My practice features licensed, trained, and supervised clinicians, each bringing their unique expertise in various modalities and specialties. As a professor at NYU Graduate School Of Social Work, I've had the privilege of teaching and mentoring most of the clinicians in our group practice during their first two semesters. This firsthand experience allows me to truly understand their strengths as clinicians and ensures that our team is equipped to provide expert care.
